Lubypay – Refund Policy for Finance Marketplace Services


1. Introduction and Scope


This Non-Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments, transactions, and financial activities conducted through Lubypay’s finance marketplace services accessible via web and mobile applications (“Services”).


By accessing or using Lubypay, and by initiating any transaction, you (“User”) expressly agree to be legally bound by this Policy.


This Policy forms an integral part of the Lubypay Terms & Conditions and applies to all users, transactions, and payment activities without exception.


2. Nature of Transactions


All payments made on Lubypay are for the purpose of accessing and utilizing digital financial marketplace services, including but not limited to:


  • Account funding for service usage
  • Digital balance allocation for transactions
  • Financial service facilitation via platform infrastructure

Such transactions are classified as:


  • Final
  • Irreversible
  • Non-cancellable
  • Non-refundable

Upon successful payment processing, the service is considered instantly delivered and fully executed.


3. No Fund Policies


A. Strict No-Refund Policy


Lubypay enforces a zero-tolerance, strict no-refund policy for all transactions made through its platform.


Under no circumstances will refunds be issued, including but not limited to:


  • Change of mind after completing a transaction
  • User error in entering payment amount or details
  • Accidental or unintended transactions
  • Non-usage or partial usage of services
  • Delays in utilizing platform services
  • Misinterpretation of service functionality
  • Dissatisfaction after transaction completion

All transactions are deemed final at the moment of successful payment authorization, and cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited back to the original payment method.


B. Exceptional refund


Refunds will only be processed for customers who have contacted both our account and support teams and have not received the requested services.


4. User Responsibility and Due Diligence


By initiating and completing a transaction, the user explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:


  • They have read, understood, and accepted this Policy
  • They are solely responsible for verifying:
    • Payment amount
    • Account details
    • Transaction intent
  • They are acting voluntarily and with full knowledge of the consequences

Lubypay shall bear no liability for:


  • User negligence
  • Input errors
  • Misjudgments or misunderstandings

Failure to review the Policy does not invalidate its enforceability.


5. Explicit User Consent


Before completing any transaction, users are required to provide affirmative and explicit consent to this Policy.


This includes acknowledgment of the following statement:


“I understand and agree that all payments made for Lubypay finance marketplace services are final and non-refundable.”


This consent:


  • Must be actively provided (e.g., checkbox or equivalent action)
  • Is recorded and stored as legally binding evidence
  • May be used in dispute resolution processes

Transactions cannot proceed without this consent.


6. Service Delivery and Completion


A transaction is considered successfully delivered and fulfilled when:


  • Payment is authorized and processed via the designated payment provider
  • The user is granted access to the corresponding financial service capability

At this stage:


  • Lubypay has fully performed its obligations
  • The service is considered consumed or made available in full

Due to the instantaneous and digital nature of these services, reversal is not technically or operationally feasible.


7. Unauthorized Transaction Claims


Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their:


  • Account credentials
  • Devices
  • Payment methods

In the event of suspected unauthorized activity:


  • Users must notify Lubypay immediately upon detection

Lubypay reserves the right to investigate and provide evidence including:

  • IP address logs
  • Device identifiers
  • Transaction timestamps
  • Authentication records

If a transaction is verified as:


  • Authenticated
  • Authorized
  • Completed using valid credentials

It shall be deemed legitimate and non-refundable.


8. Chargebacks and Disputes


By agreeing to this Policy, users acknowledge that:


  • Initiating a chargeback or dispute contradicts the agreed non-refundable nature of the Services
  • Lubypay reserves the right to formally contest all disputes

Evidence submitted may include:


  • Proof of user consent
  • Transaction records
  • Service delivery confirmation
  • Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Lubypay further reserves the right to:


  • Suspend or terminate accounts associated with abusive disputes
  • Restrict access to Services
  • Take appropriate legal or administrative action

9. Fraud Prevention and Misuse


Any attempt to:


  • Abuse the dispute or chargeback process
  • Reverse valid and completed transactions
  • Exploit the platform’s financial systems

Will be treated as a serious violation of Lubypay’s Terms.


Actions may include:


  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent service restriction
  • Legal enforcement where applicable

10. Exceptions


No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, except:


  • Where required by applicable law
  • At Lubypay’s sole and absolute discretion

Any exception granted:


  • Does not constitute a waiver of this Policy
  • Does not create precedent for future cases

11. Policy Updates


Lubypay reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.


12. Legal Validity and Enforcement


This Policy is designed in alignment with:

By using Lubypay, users agree that:


  • This Policy is legally binding and enforceable
  • It may be submitted as evidence in dispute resolution proceedings
  • It establishes clear user consent and transaction finality
